Cancellation & Refund Policy

Gogalgai believes in helping their customers as much as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our email id: contact@gogalgaistore.com. The request will, however, be entertained once we have physically checked the product and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 72 hours or 3 days from the receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice  by reporting the same on our email id: contact@gogalgaistore.com or contact us at +91 - 9137173989   within 72 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Upon fulfillment of all aforementioned conditions, a complete refund equivalent to 100% of the amount paid shall be processed within 7-10 days from the date of receiving the product.
