Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • At Gogalgai, our aim is to ship our products quickly, safely and in a cost effective manner. We offer worldwide delivery of our products

    Domestic orders(Delivery within  India) are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. Delivery within India usually happens within 4-5 working days from the time of dispatch of the order. Gogalgai is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock  then we will notify you by email.

    Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer  at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). We request you to mention your full  address with zip code and contact number.Shipping charges are Zero for all orders above Rs.999 to be delivered within India. Shipping charges of Rs.75 are applicable for orders below Rs.999 in India. 

    All  International  orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or Indian speed post. For International orders, the shipping rates are subsidized and are much lower than what the shipping companies usually charge. We always strive to offer our shoppers the lowest shipping charges possible. The shipping charges are based on the actual weight/volumetric weight whichever is higher. Details are mentioned below

    Gogalgai is proud to use PhonePe services for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit/debit cards issued by Indian Banks are accepted for orders placed within India. International orders can be paid through PAYPAL. There could be changes in these rates without any prior notice.

    We will send you an email informing the tracking details of the shipment of your order as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company.The shipment tracking number  takes atleast 24 business  hours to become active on the courier websites.
